Welcome to the start of your wellbeing journey...

When was the last time you really savoured your morning coffee, sensing the warmth of the cup around your finger tips whilst slowly breathing in the rich aroma?

Have you ever truly tuned into the arrival of dawn listening with full intent to the chorus of beautiful birdsong? Trust me when I say it is one of the most wonderful experiences to start your day truly connecting with nature.

Can you remember the last time you just sat huddled up with a good book without feeling consumed with guilt for choosing to ignore everything that “needs” your attention around the house or garden?

Fern to Flourish was born from a deep desire to empower others to break free from years of conditioned negative thinking and behaviours that lead us to accept the everyday monotony of life - just going through the motions, living on autopilot - where one day blurs into another.

As we strive and struggle to keep up with modern day standards and expectations, we’re on a collision course hurtling towards burnout. 

 

Chronic anxiety, stress, overwhelm and feelings of dis-ease are at an all time high as we are caught up in a never ending cycle of “doing” rather than “being.”

Through my own experience living with chronic anxiety, I have found that cultivating an holistic approach to wellbeing by immersing myself in self care practices such as yoga, mindfulness and most significantly, realising a deep sense of connection to nature, has had a transformative effect on my overall wellbeing.

I am passionate and dedicated to guiding others to live a more engaged, conscious life.

 

Learning to let go of limiting belief patterns that hold you back from your true potential and nurturing healthy and sustainable practices to develop a healthier and happier mindset.

Mindfulness

I offer a number of Mindfulness programs which can be tailored to individuals and small groups alike. You can begin with a introduction to mindfulness, a session which can be delivered either one to one or in a group workshop type setting.

Mindfulness based Stress Reduction (MBSR) involves scientific evidence-based techniques for overcoming many mental health challenges. 

 

It has proven to be particularly successful in the treatment of chronic anxiety, depression, insomnia, stress, overwhelm and emotional dysregulation, and can also be a useful tool in the management of chronic pain. 

Cultivating a regular practice can alter our neural pathways in as little as 8 weeks
